Born in Berlin, Germany Oliver Hafke Ahmad stems from a german-arab-american family. He grew up with the funk and soul sounds of the american GIs, german Schlagermusik and the arab music sounds of his father. Oliver also inhaled electronic music since he was one of the members of the first Love Parade, the legendary techno parade in Berlin, while he cofounded the local JazzRadio and studied jazz.
